They took the time (unpaid) and worked with us with a particular dog but because we have another small dog at home we were wanting to do a meet and greet. They both offered to meet me the following Monday and through their knowledge and expertise we went home with the perfect dog for our family. They both gave awesome information about my dogs breed and how that can relate to training and also taught me great commands to use.
