Individual Sessions

​These T&C’s are in the interest of the safety, responsibility, and welfare of our clients. Please note payment for service also implies full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings for individual sessions will be confirmed via email, and through our booking service: Setmore.

2. Full payment must be be made by the end of the first session. **However, payment plans are available upon request. Please ask in the “Additional Comments” of our Sign-Up form.

3. All sales are final, and Full Send Only Dog Training does not offer any money-back guarantees. The Client recognizes and agrees that they shall not be entitled to a refund for your purchase. However, our team may decide to make an exception, on a case-by-case basis.

4. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WITHIN OUR SERVICE AREA. You will not receive a refund if you are outside of our travel range.

5. If you are outside of our area and insist on having appointments with us, we will happily accommodate you for an additional travel fee.

6. Full Send Only Dog Training cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to a person, dog, or property. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of participants, equipment, canines, vehicular traffic and actions of others, including but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, canines, event officials and event monitors, and/or producers of the event. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Full Send Only Dog Training, its agents, canines, and employees.

7. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs when in public spaces.

8. Dogs must be under control and on a lead in public areas and off lead only when specifically instructed to by the trainer.

9. Your trainer is there to help, however, owners remain responsible for their dogs at all times.

10. In the event that any damage to equipment, facilities, persons, or canines occurs as a result of your own or your family's willful actions, neglect or recklessness, you acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.

11. Full Send Only Dog Training will not be held liable against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the client or anyone on a client’s behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by The Client or by anyone else acting on their behalf. If Full Send Only Dog Training incurs any of these types of expenses, the client will reimburse Full Send Only Dog Training.

12. By attending training the client recognizes and acknowledges that Full Send Only Dog Training and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, agents and canines are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Full Send Only Dog Training.

13. Children are welcome to attend training sessions but for safety and consistency in training, children under the age of 16 must remain under adult parent/ guardian supervision. Parents may wish to speak with their children prior to sessions to explain how important it is to listen when involved in the session.

14. When training in public areas, all dogs must be fully wormed and protected by vaccines and have a full health check by a vet.

15. Any health problems must be stated at the time of booking and if likely to affect training we must receive a vet referral before commencing training with Full Send Only Dog Training.

16. In the event that The Client, or their canine(s) should require medical care or treatment, by attending training, The Client automatically agrees to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. The Client is also personally responsible to be aware and understanding that they should carry their own health insurance, and pet insurance.

17. All bite history must be declared at the time of booking. A bite history will not prevent you from getting accepted as a client.

18. If a cancellation is made for a training service with less than 24 hours' notice, you will lose that session (if you have a training package, it will roll onto the next session of that package). Cancellations are required to be made as soon as possible via telephone/email.

19. If The Client cancels a session on two occasions, with less than 24 hours notice, your training will be terminated. 

20. If you, The Client, forgets to turn up to a session on two occasions, then the training will be terminated.  

21. Full Send Only Dog Training may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge.

22. Travel costs may apply to each appointment depending on where we travel to. 

23. Full Send Only Dog Training is authorized to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with The Client’s dog(s). The Client understands that every effort will be made to contact them prior to obtaining emergency care. The Client will accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care.

24. The Client declares that everything discussed during the consultation they know to be true and a fair representation of their dog(s).

All sessions run between 9:00am and 7pm.

Full Send Only Dog Training reserves the right to choose the clients it works with. We only work with clients that want to achieve the best results possible for both themselves and their dog. For this reason, clients must be open to the use of both positive and negative reinforcement. Every dog is different and therefore the use of different tools may be needed, this includes, but is not limited to, the use of food, toys, slip leads, harnesses, flat collar, prong collar, longline, e-collar, dog backpack, crate, dog bed.
